When I moved to Columbia a little over a year ago and you asked me if this was possible I would have probably said no. And without guys like Kevin Oliver and David Stringer running local music websites, it probably never could have happened.

Scene SC has pretty much been the only local outlet that has even given us a chance to represent.

We are very proud of our album and hope that this gives people a little incentive to pick up a copy. There isn’t fancy packaging as you can probably tell from our ghetto-ized cover pic. It’s just some good old fashioned loud and fast rock and roll.

While we won by 1% I don’t think that this is a victory for just us. This is a win for the whole punk scene which until recently had been backed into a corner and left for dead.
Without the support of our scene this would never have happened. because it was such a close race between some great bands, I think a show with all of the fan top 5 would be a great idea by the way, just throwing that out there.
