Columbia, S.C. – Now in its 19 th season, the 2009 Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series held in Finlay Park in downtown Columbia is seeking bands for consideration. The concerts are held each Saturday from the middle of June until the middle of August from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. and are coordinated by the Columbia Action Council, a division of Columbia Parks and Recreation.
