This is where all the real rockers will be. Personally I'll be hitting up Marry a Thief and then heading to Headliners. The Casual Kings is a new local trio that is a mix of funk rock and soul. My friend Rhett Sanders is the lead singer (he sounds like a mix of John Mayer, Gavin Degraw, and the singer of Red Hot Chili Peppers(Anthony Kiedis)) and he's an amazing guitar player, and an awesome song writer. They are new to the scene, and just starting to get a following. You'd be wise to start following, before they explode and only play shows in Europe.... Also playing will be The Modern Society and Ponderosa from Atlanta.
