Stream the New Dylan Gilbert
Dylan Gilbert’s new album “Pangaea” came out on Tuesday June 29th and is now available for streaming on AOL’s Spinner.com.
We’ve been spinning the new album for a couple of weeks now and absolutely are in love with it. From the first song “I Know I Love Her” through the last notes that unravel and then come back for a beautiful ending, Pangaea is a listeners adventure.
The first day I got Pangaea I heard the third song “My Name is Arthur” and called Ryan Zimmerman (Drummer of Wylie) and told him I recognized his style. Listen to “Revival” by Wylie and then check out “My Name is Arthur.” It’s a really cool thing to hear artists collaborate and share each others styles.
Dylan Gilbert was one of the first artists from North Carolina or Georgia that we “adopted” into the Scene SC family as one of our own. Seeing him live is watching someone that truly loves music and performing and doing what they do.
