CherryCase Farewell Columbia Show

There has been sort of a mass exodus from Columbia to Nashville in recent years and the trend continues with CherryCase and Frontier Sons who will be playing together this Saturday as a farewell to Columbia of sorts.
CherryCase has been a Columbia staple for as long as Scene SC has been around and it’s always sad to have good bands leaving town, but it’s always perfectly understandable. The crew has been making trips to Nashville for a while now playing at the Bluebird Cafe and working on new material.
We were fortunate enough to record 3 acoustic sessions with them before they took off. Our acoustic sessions have taken on a new life on where we have been recording them. We started off in the bathroom at New Brookland Tavern and have since moved from basements, to living rooms to the tops of parking garages.
With Nashville only 7 hours away, we’re sure to still see CherryCase in town again.
