Dave Rempis is a free jazz saxophonist performing with many Chicago-based groups and also a presenter curating a weekly Thursday-night concert series for the Elastic Arts Foundation as well as one of the main organizers of the indie-rock Pitchfork Music Festival.

Probably some U2… or maybe Huey Lewis and the News. I’m so ashamed.

My elementary school band.

What are working on right now? What’s on the musical horizon?

Eek – booking tours, arranging travel, etc. My current solo tour keeps sprawling!!!
