OG ET Anderson Lineup Offers Farewell Show at Drip

“How many people walked here this evening?”

The original ET Anderson lineup got back together for one last show at Drip Coffee in 5 Points earlier this week, the last show for guitarist Alex McCollum, bass player John Fowler, and come and go keyboard player Bobby Hatfield. The show filled the backroom at Drip on a steamy July evening. The room usually holds more stripped down or acoustic shows, but this night they moved the tables out-of-the-way for more standing room, as people filled the floor and stood on the side bench. Though ET Anderson has experimented with several lineups throughout their existence, this lineup was their most consistent.

ET Anderson returns with the new lineup July 28 at Tapp’s Art Center and then August 3 at New Brookland Tavern, the latter show being a joint band with Secret Guest being called Secret Anderson.

We’ve collabed with @hunterbmedia on this exciting new “showzine” project where we team up with SC photographers and creators to document shows. Check out the video, the review (link in bio), along with photos from the show. There will be a few physical zines with additional photos out in the wild. Maybe at an indie book store or record store near you.
